Work on Your Speed with Tuesday night track.

During April and about half of May, we will meet at the Washington Park pavilion at 5:30 pm. Then in May, we will switch to having track work-outs at the Sacred Heart-Griffin Track.
The purpose of the Wednesday night work-outs is to get faster. This doesn’t mean that you need to be a fast runner to come. Our group is made up of runners who run anywhere from a 5:00 mile to a 13:00 mile. Everyone just comes and runs the work-out at the pace that is right for him/her. It is really a fun, friendly group. Plus, it is so much easier to finish a tough work-out if you’re part of a group!!
