Work on your speed, train for a half marathon, or learn to run…the SRRC offers programs for every level of runner.

Half Wits
Intermediate Level. Train with a group for the Lincoln Memorial Half Marathon. Program starts in January and runs through April, sometimes longer. This group’s penchant for training in some of the worst winter weather imaginable has earned them slots in the local newspaper and news. The program is free, you just have to show up and run. Back on Track with KT Mac
All Levels. Step up the pace with the popular Wednesday Night Track Workouts led by Katie MacAfee.  This program starts in April and runs through the summer months.  Check out the blog for more information.
