Please pay attention to no parking/towing notices in parking lots.

Starting Time:  7:30 am

Road Closures: participants and spectators should be aware that Washington between 5th and 6th will be closed starting at 4pm Friday, and 6th Street (one way north-bound) will be closed to traffic between Cook and Madison at approximately 6:30 am on Saturday to allow for start line set up.

Porta-Potties:  Porta-potties are available at the start/finish.  On the course, there will be porta-potties during mile 1 just after the Lincoln Home area, around mile 6 in Washington Park, near the water stop at mile 7.5, and after entering Lincoln Park during mile 10.

Post-Race: We are bringing you the biggest and best post race party yet! We have teamed up with the Adams Family block to provide some great post race fun. For those that aren't from around here, it's Adams St between 4th & 5th street. Featured businesses are Buzz Bomb Brewing, Cafe Moxo, and Kidzeum. Other businesses on the block will be involved as well. Buzz Bomb Brewing is providing one free beer for each race participant over 21 years of age w/ a beer ticket. Both Buzz Bomb and Cafe Moxo will be at the race Expo providing samples the night before the race. We encourage participants to come and stay the weekend and see what all downtown Springfield has to offer!

Awards:  Awards can be picked up at the awards tent just past the finish line. Due to so many people leaving early and not getting awards, we are no longer having a ceremony. Awards are provided for Overall (1st only) for male and female, Masters (1st only) for male and female, and age groups (1st-3rd) for male and female starting with 14 and under, 15-19, etc. up to 80 and over.  NOTE: You must pick up your award on race morning.
