What are the rules?

How much does it cost to join the Triple Crown?

There is no fee for signing up for the Triple Crown Challenge. You are responsible for the race entry fees for the Women's Distance/Parade Run and the Frostbite.

Are there training programs to help me?

We encourage you to join the SRRC Members Facebook group. There are informal runs planned all the time – especially longer runs on the weekends! In October, information will be posted about the Frost Toes training group for the Frostbite Festival 10 miler.

What happens once I complete all three races?

You will receive recognition by the Club, a Triple Crown medal and sweatshirt.

What happens if I have to drop out of the Triple Crown?

In the event that you have to drop out of the challenge, please let us know. If you drop out prior to the Frostbite, you are still eligible to sign up next year.

Do I have to finish the races in a certain amount of time?

NO! All you have to do is finish all three races.

If I participate in the Mini Challenge this year, am I eligible for the Triple Crown next year?

If you meet all the criteria and complete the mini challenge you are still eligible for the Triple Crown the following year!

Is there a deadline for signing up?

YES! The deadline to sign up for the Triple Crown is October 20, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE: Any entries received AFTER October 20, 2024 will not be accepted.
